Do you ship to all countries?

We use DHL to ship worldwide and Australia Post within Australia. You can choose which country or region you would like your product shipped to during the checkout process. For more information check out our Freight Page

Do you test on animals?

Absolutely not. We love our furry friends!

I’m ordering from a different country. How much will it cost in my currency?

When you order your product, during checkout, PayPal will convert the cost for you into your local currency prior to you purchasing. As money fluctuates, so will your cost if you are outside Australia.

How long until my order is delivered?

Your order will ship within 1-5 days and once your order has shipped you’ll receive a confirmation email confirming dispatch which includes a tracking number.

Do you use harmful chemicals?

No harmful chemicals or animal by-products are used.

Tanning

How many applications are in one bottle?

This depends on the user. It is a 200ml bottle.

What is the difference between the Medium and Express options?

Both Medium & Express Dark processes in 2-8 hours depending of your desired depth of colour. The longer it stays on (Max 8 hrs), the deeper the colour. Medium will give you a Natural-Medium level glow. Express Dark will give you a Medium-Dark level glow. Neither are orange in appearance and work well for all skin tones.

Can the tanning mousse be applied to the entire face and body?

Yes. It is designed for full face and body use.

How long do I need to wait before washing after applying my Summer Envy Tan?

Shower off after 2-8 hours to reveal a beautiful, glowing tan. Rinse off using lukewarm water. Only use your hands to rinse off, no washcloths, flannels, gloves or loofahs. After 24 hours once your tan developed you can use shower gel or soap.

Why is it called Mousse / Foam?

Tanning mousse may also be referred to as tanning foam. It is a liquid that is transformed into a light-weight consistency after being diffused with air via the pump bottle.

Can the tanning Mousse / Foam be applied to the entire face and body?

Yes. It is designed for full face and body use.

Will Summer Envy tanning Mousse / Foam keep out harmful UV rays?

No. There is no sunscreen in Summer Envy Tan products. You still need to use a sun protection product with sufficient levels of SPF when your skin is exposed to the sun.

Is the Summer Envy range safe for all ages?

Summer Envy Tan is safe for all ages and skin types, however we strongly recommend a patch test is carried out at least 24 hours ahead of tanning to check for skin sensitivity, particularly for anyone under 16 years old.

Can I go swimming after applying my Summer Envy Tan?

We recommend to allow 24 hours development of your tan before swimming. Once your tan has developed you can swim but sea water and chlorinated pools may result in your tan fading. Your tan will fade evenly.

Will my Summer Envy Tan leave streaks or appear blotchy?

There are easy to follow instructions listed above as well as on the bottle. The mousse / foam goes on to the skin very smoothly for an amazingly even tan.

What are the ingredients of Summer Envy Tan?

Organic Aloe Vera which soothes and conditions the skin.
Vitamin B5
assists in reducing fine lines & wrinkles and also conditions the skin.
DHA
to naturally darken the skin with or without exposure to the sun. This also helps maintain skin condition.
Caramel is a vegetable derived colourant to impart colour to the skin.
Allantoin
helps retain & hold moisture in the skin. It also as a delivery system for the tan and extend the life of your tan.
Propylene Glycol helps with hydration and protects the skin from damaging external factors.
 

Body Basics Range

Are the Body Basics Range soaps or scrubs?

We’re glad you asked. The Body Basics range are all '3-in-1' soap/scrub combo products that will help cleanse, hydrate & exfoliate your skin.

Which of the Body Basics range should I get?

It depends on your skin type. Find out which soap/scrub best suits you with our soap/scrub selector

Can the Body Basics Range be applied to the entire face and body?

Yes, the whole Body Basics range is designed for all-over use and is recommended for all skin types. The Body Basics range is designed for external use only.

Are your ingredients natural and organic?

Yes. You can be confident that 'all natural & organic' for the Body Basics range means that all the products are made from plant derived ingredients.

How often can I use the Body Basics range?

As often as you like. They are recommended for daily use, but ultimately it’s up to you.

Delivery

I need to update my delivery address after I placed my order. What do I do?

Send us an email with you order reference number and the updated delivery address.

Returns

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be happy with your purchase.

What can be returned?

If any product arrives in an unsatisfactory or damaged state, it may be returned.

My item is leaking or the bottle is damaged, what do I do?

In the rare occurrence your item has a defect, please send it back to us. Items will be inspected by our Quality Control team and if the item is deemed faulty we will replace or refund the product free of additional freight charges.

We take damaged goods very seriously and we are constantly engaged with our container & packaging suppliers for improvement to avoid this happening to you or others again. Please enclose a copy of your PayPal receipt and send the product in a secure package.

We recommend you use registered post, or postage with a tracking option for all items being returned to us. We do not take responsibility for items not received if you attempt to send an item via non-registered post, or no tracking.

I’ve changed my mind, can I return my Summer Envy Tanning or Envy Body Basics product?

For health & safety reasons we do not accept the return of skincare, hygiene or products under any circumstances if you change your mind. Please chose carefully when selecting your product. Products must be returned unopened in their original packaging.

These products can still be returned if they are faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match the sample or description.

When do items need to be returned by?

Within 21 business days from the purchase date (as dated on the receipt email). Please enclose a copy of your PayPal receipt and send the product in a secure package. We recommend you use registered post, or postage with a tracking option for all items being returned to us. We do not take responsibility for items not received if you attempt to send an item via non-registered post, or no tracking.
